Overview

Karmayog matches volunteers to ongoing events — beach clean-ups, NGO drives — run by verified organizations, and surfaces an impact score for each one. I designed the community layer for each event (discussion threads, voice channels), the organizer dashboard (hours logged, team progress) and per-member tracking, so participation adds up somewhere visible instead of disappearing after the event ends.

01

Verified event discovery

Organizations carry a verified badge and a live impact score — 96% for Pragyaan Sangathan, 93% for Sammaan Foundation — so volunteers can tell a credible drive from a random listing.

02

Team progress tracking

Hours and tasks roll up by team and by member, turning a one-off event into a running scoreboard people want to check back on.

03

Community per event

A discussion and voice layer scoped to each event, so coordination doesn't leak into a dozen separate group chats.
