Overview

Medlock+ is a clinic management platform built for doctors running a busy daily patient load. I mapped the journey from booking to consultation — clinic entry, patient lookup, slot selection — then designed the day-to-day dashboard doctors actually live in: a live patient queue, appointment calendar, prescriptions and messaging, all in one view.

Slot-based booking

A patient flow that narrows from clinic to doctor to a specific slot — 138 morning, afternoon and evening openings on one calendar — without a phone call.

Live patient queue

A queue view that shows who's waiting, why they're here and how many are left, so a doctor can pace the day at a glance.

One dashboard

Appointments, prescriptions and messages consolidated into a single home screen instead of scattered across tools.
